Common questions

Where is my data? On your phone only. There is no account and nothing to sign in to. Export your meal log from the You tab if you want a copy.

My glucose does not show up. Mealwise reads glucose from Apple Health. Check that your sensor app shares readings with Apple Health, and that Mealwise is allowed to read them: Health app, Sharing, Apps, Mealwise. Some sensor apps share readings a few hours late.

A carb number looks wrong. Estimates come with a range for that reason. Change the number before saving, and save the meal to Meal Memory so it is yours from then on. Please tell us which food it was.

Does Mealwise tell me how much insulin to take? No. It records the dose you took and shows what happened. Talk to your doctor or care team before making medical decisions.
